talk about drinking your calories for the day, ugh.
Breakfast: Banana, Iced Chamomile Mint Tea (250 calories)
Lunch: Grilled Cheese, Small portions of Hummus, Asparagus, Mushrooms, Couscous (650 calories)
Dinner: I know no one’s reading this, but I was SO bad I really can’t even say. Let’s just say I ate everything bad for me: carbs, sugar, dairy, you name it. (1500 calories?)
Nailed or Failed: A good start, but my dinner resulted in another massive FAIL day.
Random fat thought of the day: Not sure if chronicling my daily meals is helping me or hurting me. The problem with a foodaholic is the more you think about food, the more temptations and suddenly must-have cravings come to mind.
Really need a good day tomorrow or I will have to wear a brown paper bag to the wedding (or cancel — how incredibly selfish would that be though? Wonder if any fellow fatties have done that, I’d half-empathize with them).
Breakfast: Chocolate chip french toast (yeah I know)
Lunch: Chicken & broccoli and veggie fried rice (half of a lunch portion) and 6 steamed pork dumplings (mmhmm I know), diet coke
Dinner: TBD, but I think homemade food which will be considerably healthier
Nailed or Failed: MASSIVE FAIL
Random fat thought of the day: Why do I always eat more when I know I have a deadline (ahem, wedding) coming up? Bad. 2nd thought — lack of healthy delivery options where I live, need to cook more.
On the bright side, I actually did work out last night and will obviously need to again tonight. Need to do way better tomorrow.
Is this going to work? I’ve always been told to keep a food diary, but have never had the patience. We’ll see how long this lasts. Need to lose 20 pounds by next week for a wedding. Here’s hoping for 5.
Breakfast: White peach doughnut from Citarella (made from Doughnut Plant), 250 Calories
Lunch: Beef chili and mashed potatoes from office caf, Diet Dr. Pepper, 850 calories
Dinner: Hopefully eating homemade food (veggies & rice), 400 calories
Nailed or Failed: FAILED, wouldn’t you say?
Random fat thought of the day: It’s kind of hard to walk when your ankles are too small to support your weight. Wow. Depressing. Sorry!

Will start posting pics of meals tomorrow as this is massively boring without images. No time for gym, but maybe a quick jog outside? In rainy NYC weather? Blah.
